Pokémon Red and Blue Cheats
99+ Item
To get the item you want to be more than 99+ first go to Viridian City and talk to the old guy that blocks your way at the begining of the game. Say "no" and watch him catch the Weedle. Then switch the item you want to have 99+ to the 6th position by selecting the select button. After you've done that, fly to Cinnibar Island and surf on the east coast up and down near the gym. You should meet a MissingNo. or another kind of wierd Pokémon. After you meet him run away or you can fight him. After he's dead or you ran away check yor 6th item and it should be more than 99.
*Notes: This cheat might not work somtimes but it usually works. You will also encounter pokemon over level 100 like snorlax, golbat, abra, starmie, and muk
Stand On a Tree
To stand on a tree, cut one of them and then stand in the place where it was before. Then save your game and then turn your gameboy off then back on and then you should be standing on the tree!
*Notes: I've heard that somtimes you wont be able to get off the tree when your on it but when I did this cheat I was able to get off.
Catch Safari Pokémon At Seafoam or Cinnibar Island
To catch a pokémon from the Safari Zone not being in it all you have to do is walk around in the area where then pokémon that you want to catch is and wait till the time runs out. Then either go to Seafoam or Cinnibar Island and surf on the east cost(border) up and down and you should be able to meet the pokémon that was in the Safrai Zone.
*Notes: I've tried this cheat before but I dont really get it. But it should work becuase they have it in most of the Magizines.
Invisible PC
When you go to Celadon City, go into the Hotel and then go to the place where regular PC's are located and press a and there should be an invisible pc!
*Notes: this cheat does work and I don't think it wil mess up your game in anyway.
