Dear Christine,
Nearly a month has passed since my Johnny Mac Soldiers Fund Gala in Houston on April 2. I am emailing to let you know what a fabulous job Alia Rdissi did for me and for my organization. Although I have an event planning background myself, I had never planned a fundraising benefit like this one (and it was the inaugural gala for our nonprofit). Alia was an incredible addition to the planning. Everything she recommended and delivered was spot-on. The event was flawlessly executed, and we raised $1.4M that evening for college scholarships for military children. It was truly an amazing night. I have gotten nothing but positive feedback; many of our guests told me or fellow board members that it was the best charity event they had ever attended.
I credit much of our success to the wonderful experience our guests had that evening. Everything from the venue to the meal to the beverages to the flowers (i could go on and on here) was PERFECT (and Alia might have told you I am a perfectionist!!!). I knew we would have a superb event, but I did not know it could be this good.
Alia was detail oriented and results driven. Perhaps that's why we got along so well. In a word, she is fierce! She was the consummate professional, yet she also had such a warm heart, especially in the final hours when I was very anxious about everything going well. She was calm and capable, and from the start completely understood my vision for the event.
I can't say enough nice things. I'm so glad to have met Alia and worked with her. We are returning to Houston in 2016, and I intend to work with Alia and Belle of the Ball again.

The comments received from guests Saturday night and co workers today have been wonderful! Everyone had a spectacular time. I received a phone call today from one of the groomsman's father today stating he and his wife have never had so much fun at a wedding. Meg and Cindy made a great decision to get you involved with the wedding. The mother of the groom is sometimes a hard place to be when a wedding is planned. I have attended many functions all over the world and I must say that the wedding and the reception for Matt and Ashley was one of the finest functions that I have ever attended. Our friends and family were in total awe at the organization and beauty of the whole event.

The wedding honeymoon is over for the Herz/Promecene family, but the memories you helped create for us will last a lifetime!
