Chef Smirnov did an excellent job preparing Sunday morning brunch in my home on several occasions for 30-50 people. His omelets are delicious, and his fruit carvings beautiful. Everything was wonderful from the mimosas to the chicken salad. He and his staff work independently, and don't need supervision, so the hosts can entertain and enjoy their own parties. They do everything from set up to serving, and complete clean up. I would highly recommend him for future parties.

 can't wait for Chef Smirnov to come back

We were glad to have Chef Smirnov come to the Culinary Academy of Austin as a guest chef. He was a very patient and informative instructor. With his guidance and detailed explanation, they picked up the techniques fairly quickly and produced beautiful work. The students had a wonderful time and were very proud of themselves and their finished products. We can't wait for Chef Smirnov to come back!

Vladimir is passionate about his work and his service. He is anxious to establish himself as a top chef in Houston. He listens to your ideas and has many suggestions. He won't let you do the wrong thing. He is respectful, his uniform is clean and crisp, and his staff are professional. He can follow your grandmother's recipe or introduce his own. He remembers how you like things prepared, what you like to drink, and who can't eat certain foods. He will stay behind the scenes if you want or let the guests watch as he creates the dinner. He will not leave until he knows you are satisfied. I find it impossible to have a dinner party without him!
